Competitions
We will have four competitions this year. Check them out!
Mix and Match - $10 per person
Competitors enter in the dance role they wish (lead or follow). Competitors are then judged dancing with multiple partners to various tempos. Finalists be selected and dance with an assigned partner later in the evening. Judging emphasis is on social dance skill.

Strictly Battle - $20 per couple
Competitors enter as a couple. Couples are randomly placed in a bracket. Two couples dance head to head, judges choose the couple that advances.

60 Second Showdown - $40 per team
Teams must be comprised of a minimum of 4 dancers. Teams perform choreographed piece lasting no longer than 60 seconds. Anything goes. To reserve a spot, email sunflowerswing@gmail.com.

Chicken Sandwich - $20 per couple
Competitors enter as a couple and dance to the music that is played. Anything type of music could be played, any format could be used, chicken sandwiches might be eaten.

Payments for competitions will be received at the event. Sign ups for all competitions except the 60 Second Showdown will be at the event. Sign up for the 60 Second Showdown by clicking the link above and telling us your team name and the names of the people in your team.
